C.A.T.A LLC, a beacon of community and family well-being, that combines expertly designed parenting classes known as Parenting Champs along with our Express Yourself program which includes transformative sessions that address trauma, team building and self-expression. By harnessing the therapeutic power of art, we guide participants toward healing and personal growth.

Our mission radiates inclusivity. We serve single-parent households, minority groups (including BIPOC individuals), survivors of domestic and intimate partner violence, children without families, and those wrestling with intense emotions. Our commitment extends beyond language barriers—we proudly offer sessions in English, Spanish, and Twi. Each participant’s unique journey is at the heart of our tailored, participant-focused approach. 

This is a (Triple P) Positive Parenting Program offering a caring method by Certified Parenting Practitioner that strengthens bonds between parents and children. It highlights the importance of understanding, clear dialogue, and constructive discipline strategies. This approach cultivates a warm and encouraging atmosphere, which is instrumental in nurturing the emotional health of children and guiding their overall growth.

Classes are accessible both in-person* and online, offered in English and Spanish and adhere to the requisite state and court guidelines.

In addition to our parenting programs, we are privileged to have Certified Healing Art Facilitators on board. These skilled professionals lead classes that address stress, trauma, teambuilding, unity and self-expression through our transformative Express Yourself program.
